• This makes the tick logo more powerful and the feedback demonstrates your confidence in your product.

3. Customer will be able to provide valuable feedback…

4. Responses will be collated by the Accreditation Office and emailed to you on a regular basis in this easy to read format…

All responses are confidential and won’t be published, the SATAB will use collective data for statistical purposes only.

5. An easy to use Customer Feedback Worksheet (MS Excel file) is also available, please contact the Accreditation Office for a copy of the program.

• This spreadsheet allows you to input and review your results, which are automatically displayed
  as a graph.
  
• Your customer feedback will become an effective management tool in a continual and consistent format that can be quantified reviewed and measured over time, in a similar way to your financial performance.

 

How to Get the Dynamic Tick on your Website

1. Select the dynamic tick that suits your website…

2. A specific link to your business will appear…

The National Tourism Accreditation “tick” logo available on this site is a registered trademark for use by Accredited Tourism operators.

By using the dynamic “tick” logo I acknowledge that :

• An online customer feedback form is attached.
• Responses will go to the SA Tourism Accreditation Board.
• All results are confidential and individual results will not be published.
• The SA Tourism Accreditation website will also provide the Customer Feedback process.
• The Dynamic version of the Tourism Accreditation Tick logo can only be used with the 'pop-up' box AND the online feedback feature.
